Shipping
We ship to Canada via Canada Post, and all rates are set by Canada Post. We will endeavor to ship your items to you at the lowest cost unless you have requested a specific level of service. Please note that some orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to size, weight or destination.
We do our best to ship orders within two business days of their receipt.
We can not ship complete bikes - they are available as 'in store pick up' only.
Returns
If there is a problem with an item purchased from us, you can return the item or ship it back to us. We will refund shipping costs for incorrectly shipped merchandise.
Returned merchandise that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees are non-refundable.
